Job Summary

Responsibilities/Duties:
* Financial Records and Reporting: * Scrutinize accounting records, financial statements, and reports to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards * Review transactional activity, ensuring accurate coding and maintaining financial reporting integrity * Prepare documentation for annual external audits
* General Ledger Management: * Prepare precise general ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the integrity of our financial data Navigate complex workflows to ensure accurate General Ledger entries Assist with month-end close processes by reconciling and analyzing general
ledger accounts
* Tax Compliance: * Conduct meticulous sales and use tax analysis, ensuring timely compliance through our tax software * Manage annual property tax filings efficiently
* Additional Contributions: * Contribute to other initiatives beneficial to IDI

Qualifications/Skills:

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 1-3 years accounting experience; sales & use tax experience preferred Knowledge of Avalara tax compliance software preferred SAP background preferred
