The Role

We are seeking a high-level Strategic Advisor to partner directly with dealership ownership, GMs, and executive teams to drive measurable acquisition growth and operational transformation. This is not a traditional account management role. This is a consultative, executive-facing position responsible for aligning dealership strategy with VETTX implementation, maximizing ROI, and expanding enterprise partnerships. Key Responsibilities

Executive Partnership: Build trusted relationships with dealer principals, GMs, and senior leadership to align acquisition strategy with business goals. Growth Strategy: Analyze dealership acquisition performance, identify gaps, and implement strategic plans to increase private-party purchasing volume and profitability. Operational Consulting: Lead high-level process workshops, optimize buyer workflows, and ensure dealership teams are structured for sustained success. Expansion & Revenue Impact: Identify opportunities to expand VETTX adoption across rooftops, increase tier engagement, and drive measurable ARR growth. Performance Accountability: Own executive-level KPIs including purchase volume growth, retention, NRR contribution, and expansion revenue. Industry Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on private-party acquisition trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in automotive retail, dealership operations, or automotive SaaS. Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence ownership groups and senior leaders. Strong financial acumen and ability to tie strategy to measurable ROI. Proven track record of driving revenue growth, operational improvement, or multi-rooftop performance initiatives. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Ability to travel as needed for high-impact dealer engagements. Compensation and Benefits: On-Target Earnings: $175,000–$200,000 (Base + Performance Incentives). Performance-Driven Upside: Significant earning potential tied to measurable growth outcomes.
