The Strategic Initiatives Execution Lead leads high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across Global Operations, translating strategic priorities into executable plans and measurable outcomes. Role will partner directly with US Based executives and senior leaders to drive complex, Global Ops-wide initiatives that require real-time collaboration, rapid decision-making, and strong executive influence. This role drives end-to-end delivery by aligning stakeholders across multiple business lines, establishing clear governance and accountability, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and performing complex analysis to develop and implement actionable recommendations. Creates, delivers or facilitates executive level presentations. The Strategic Initiatives Execution Lead partners with and influences senior leaders, champions change and continuous improvement and may mentor less experienced team members to strengthen execution discipline and results. This job is also known internally as a Lead Business Execution Consultant. In this role, you will: Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications Financial Services/Banking background Ability to simultaneously lead multiple, complex, strategic initiatives or projects Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Ability to consult and effectively manage relationships at all levels Proactive critical thinking and problem solving and process improvement skills (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) Lead/facilitate meetings using formal agendas, action tracking, and documented outcomes Experience creating and presenting complex concepts, executive briefs, presentations, or decision support materials to executives and senior leaders using story telling, visuals, and tailored deliverables for senior leadership. Advanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint and Co-Pilot Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time This position offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
