Accountabilities Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for predictive analytics and AI assistant solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities. Develop and manage annual strategic plans, product budgets, and forecasting models to support revenue and profitability targets. Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify trends, needs, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Lead product commercialization activities, including pricing strategy, positioning, go-to-market planning, and performance optimization. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product messaging, campaigns, and promotional materials. Partner with clients, advisory groups, and stakeholders to validate product concepts through research, pilots, and feedback loops. Monitor product performance and industry trends, continuously refining strategy to maximize adoption and business impact. Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, sales, and leadership teams to execute product initiatives effectively. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, agile delivery, or technical product roles. At least 2+ years of direct product management experience in a technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of predictive analytics, AI solutions, or data-driven products (highly preferred). Experience working with financial services, credit unions, or core processing environments. Familiarity with data tools and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, or APIs is a plus. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and product strategy.
