A few details about the role: Develop and implement wellness programs to include various levels of resident capabilities and interests and ensuring that all dimensions of wellness are incorporated. Provide personal training services to residents. Lead group land and aquatic fitness classes, as assigned. Ensure resident satisfaction levels are achieved through quality and hospitality services and initiatives. Conduct wellness assessments of residents. Document resident attendance, analyze and measure fitness program success levels. Assist in developing policies. Promote fitness center, fitness programs and special events via resident newsletter and other communication sources.
