  • 5-10 years experience soldering/assembly of surface mount components (including fine pitch), through-hole components and chassis wiring under a microscope in production environment with knowledge of standard manufacturing tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, written instructions, wiring lists and discuss work related issues.

Key Responsibilities


  • Hands-on assembly supervisor working on floor assembling/wiring electronic assemblies as well as supervise personnel within the Assembly group.
  • Setting daily assembly priorities, direct and assign personnel as appropriate to meet those priorities.
  • Monitor employee productivity, providing guidance and training when needed.
  • Administrative responsibilities for production personnel including timesheets, progress review, and corrective counseling.
  • Actively participate in the hiring and selection process to fill open positions

      In addition, we operate on a 9/80 work schedule, which gives employees every other Friday off. This schedule includes longer workdays-9 hours and 45 minutes with a mandatory 45-minute lunch break. One week consists of four workdays (36 hours), and the following week includes five workdays (45 hours). Despite this variation, employees are paid for a consistent 40-hour workweek, with weekly pay.
