Transform Lives: Join Our Interdisciplinary Team as the Supervisory Psychiatrist (SUD)! Join the VA Greater Los Angeles Health Care System as a Supervising Addiction Psychiatrist and lead a talented, multidisciplinary team dedicated to advancing evidence-based substance use disorder care for Veterans. This dynamic, full-time role offers the opportunity to impact clinical practice, supervise and mentor psychiatry professionals, support renowned residency and fellowship programs, and collaborate with prestigious academic partners like UCLA. As a key member of our multidisciplinary outpatient Substance Use Disorder Clinic, you will deliver comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evidence-based treatment to Veterans with a wide array of mental health and substance use conditions, including complex co-occurring disorders. You will provide expertise in diagnostic evaluation, psychotherapy, and medication management, including medication-assisted treatment-while collaborating closely with a diverse care team of psychologists, social workers, addiction therapists, and nursing professionals. Your role will extend to specialized programs such as the opioid treatment and intensive outpatient programs, multidisciplinary consultation, and ongoing contributions to coordinated, recovery-focused care, all while ensuring thorough and compliant clinical documentation. Qualifications

* Must be a U.S. Citizen * Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine * Current, full, and unrestricted license * Completion of residency in an accredited core specialty * Board Certified or Board Eligible * Preferred minimum of 5 years of practice but not required. Benefits and Features: Salary Range: $285,000-$335,000

PTO: 50-55 days of PTO annually (26/13 days of annual/sick leave, 11 holidays,)
