ABOUT THE JOB

Accountable for the quality of external businesses partners including suppliers, co-manufacturers, and warehouses. The Supervisor will coordinate efforts to evaluate, select, qualify, rate, monitor and improve external quality. This position will develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and oversee the Supplier Approval Program, working with staff to: Document RA qualification of new suppliers and materials Contact suppliers to gather critical quality data and follow up as needed. Lead external quality audits and manage supplier corrective action

follow-up. * Identify opportunities to streamline process or make improvements to the gathering or storing of supplier data. Manage the Approved Supplier list and direct team on priority items. Work with internal business partners, such as Purchasing and Sales, to

identify supplier priorities and strategize with team to work efficiently. * Manage the relationship with external auditing services to complete audits of foreign suppliers on a risk-based schedule. Report KPI metrics for External Quality. Set goals for team that align with Quality strategy and organizational needs Lead, train, and mentor team members to ensure continuous improvement and

professional development

ABOUT YOU:

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related discipline At least 5 years of experience in a Quality role or equivalent experience Experience managing quality and/or technical documentation Prior external audit experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with

internal and external partners at all levels Prior experience with CAPAs Solid computer skills, organizational skills, and ability to follow up

Expected Compensation: $80,000-95,000 + 10% Bonus Eligibility
