The Supply Chain Planner at T-Mobile is instrumental in managing and optimizing the supply chain processes for order management, product launch and lifecycle, and materials. This role is responsible for implementing effective policies and inventory control systems to ensure material availability, aligning with the company's financial and customer service objectives. By developing schedules and coordinating material movements with order management, purchasing, production, and engineering departments, the planner ensures operational efficiency. The role requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to forecast material needs and manage supplier relationships, enhancing delivery performance. Through strategic planning and cross-functional teamwork, the Supply Chain Planner significantly supports T-Mobile's commitment to service excellence and operational success. Job Description Manages and optimizes supply chain processes for assigned orders by brand, products, and materials Implements effective policies and inventory control systems to ensure material availability Develops schedules and coordinates material movements with orders, purchasing, production, and engineering departments Collaborates regularly with cross-functional regional and market personnel to forecast material needs Supports strategic planning and cross-functional teamwork to ensure operational success Supports customer partnership and monitors customer performance to improve delivery and movement of materials Qualifications : 0-2 years of supply chain experience 2-4 years Experience in implementing and managing inventory control systems within a supply chain environment 2-4 years Experience in coordinating material movements and developing schedules across purchasing, production, and engineering departments Understanding of CRM methodologies and supply chain management Understanding of supply chain systems and structures Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and within teams Ability to connect work in functional area upstream and or downstream in supply chain Practical knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning Working knowledge of Excel, basic formulas, pivots, etc. Undergraduate degree Business, Economics or related field required Supply chain experience in the wireless industry preferred Experience in SAP ECC/fulfillment systems preferred Base Pay Range: $55,700 - $100,500 Corporate Bonus Target: 10% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
