Our Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a candidate to support architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. Perform concept of operations design, radar behavior definition, and associated requirements development to drive radar capability implementation across radar subsystems. • Conduct trade studies and analyze the radar system level performance impacts to support and evaluate design decisions • Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters. • Apply strong analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
