TRC Talent Solutions is looking for Warehouse Team Lead for our client in Locust Grove!

Summary: The Team Lead supports daily store operations by guiding associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe, organized, and fully stocked sales floor. This role acts as a bridge between associates and management, helping drive performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Job Details:

  • Hours: 11:00am - 7:30pm

  • Pay: $20.00/hour

  • Position: Warehouse Team Lead

Job Requirements:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service

  • Support daily operations including stocking, merchandising, and recovery

  • Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organized according to company standards

  • Assist customers with product location, recommendations, and basic project guidance

  • Monitor team performance and provide real-time feedback and coaching

  • Help train new hires and reinforce company policies and procedures

  • Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all store protocols

  • Step in to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary

  • Coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities to meet store goals

  • Support inventory management, including restocking and cycle counts

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (leadership experience preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and merchandising practices

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to lift, move, and stock merchandise as needed
