Your Challenge

  • Coordinates with sales, marketing and engineering to identify program needs, obtains technical data and schedules programs. (25%)
  • Designs and develops comprehensive technical training programs for employees and customers. Customizes learning modules to meet the specific needs of different departments, customers and products. (25%)
  • Leads technical training sessions, delivering content in an engaging, clear and structured manner. (25%)
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments and performance metrics. Teaches trainees to measure their learning progress. (25%)
