We are looking for a Reliability Test Technician to support hands-on execution of reliability and environmental testing for hardware systems in a lab environment. In this role, you will set up and operate test equipment, document results, and collaborate with engineers to identify issues and improve product performance, ensuring accurate testing and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Associate degree or trade school certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in a reliability and/or manufacturing test environment.
Working knowledge of computer and networking hardware setup and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with basic power tools for hardware assembly and disassembly.
Competency in documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with electronics, PCBs, discrete components, and mechanical enclosures (plastic, sheet metal, etc.).
Organizational skills for managing inventory of test units, tools and consumables.
Experience analyzing test data, identifying issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Hands-on experience with environmental test equipment (thermal chambers, shock, and vibration systems).
Exposure to TH, HALT, HASS, and HAST testing methodologies.
Accurate and thorough documentation of test procedures, results, and observations in line with Microsoft protocols.
Commitment to safety protocols during testing and equipment handling.
Onsite presence required in a lab environment, Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Must be able to lift, move, and set up test equipment and test samples as needed. Health Insurance
