Job Summary
Registered Nurse for Cath Lab providing specialized cardiac care. Shift: Day shift with various start times On-call: 2 days per week on call, every 3rd weekend on call Hours: 40 hours per week Job RequirementsMust have a valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start. Must complete specialty specific competency testing within the last year. Must provide documentation of fit test, drug screen, and physical/health statement within last year. Must comply with Trinity Health Code of Conduct and confidentiality agreements. Must complete background checks including criminal, sex offender, dependent adult & child abuse registries, EPLS, GSA/OIG, NSO, and OFAC within 30 days of start. Must have completed Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors. Must have completed Trinity Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year. Proof of COVID-19 vaccine or approved declination/exemption required. Must have proof of MMR, Hepatitis B vaccination series, Influenza vaccine (optional), Varicella vaccination or immunity. Must have current Tdap vaccine or declination if no pediatric interaction. Must complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only).
