Job RequirementsRequired Credentials: RCIS or equivalent Preferred Credentials: BLS and ACLS Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals Must complete Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics with minimum 80% passing score Documentation of vaccinations and health status including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza (optional), Fit Test, Positive PPD or IGRA, Health Statement Background checks including criminal background, EPLS, and employment verification Ascension Skills Checklist to be completed within one year of start and updated annually for specialty Must provide professional references and education verification relevant to clinical work Schedule Information
