BLS ACLS ARRT State License Job Details

Performs high-quality CT and diagnostic X-ray imaging for pediatric and women’s health populations, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to established protocols. Operates GE CT scanners and Shimadzu X-ray systems to produce accurate diagnostic images while maintaining radiation safety standards. Utilizes Epic for documentation and workflow management and Visage PACS for image review and management. Delivers patient-centered care using the AIDET framework to enhance the patient experience. Collaborates with radiologists, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to support efficient patient flow and high-quality outcomes. Maintains competency in pediatric imaging and demonstrates flexibility to support both CT and X-ray services as needed. Job Requirements

Active professional license/certification verification required for the position within 30 days of start, must be active for the State of Louisiana. BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required for onboarding. ACLS certification (AHA only) required for onboarding. ARRT certification required for onboarding. Must provide FMOLHS Resume for submission. Must complete FMOLHS Skills Checklist, Competency Exam, and Core Competencies annually with passing scores. Must provide FMOLHS Criminal Background Check within 30 days prior to start including multiple county and national checks. Must provide FMOLHS Drug Screen (Negative 10 Panel) within 30 days prior to start. Must provide FMOLHS HRIS Form and Badge Photo. Must complete FMOLHS Contract Annual Education Packet. Must provide proof of immunizations or acceptable declinations for MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza (optional), and TB testing. Must provide Health Statement signed within 1 year of start stating ability to work without restrictions. Must complete Fit Test for N95 mask within 1 year prior to start, updated annually. Must provide Annual TB Questionnaire within 6 months of start with documentation if positive. Must provide Eye Exam & Color Vision test within 1 year prior to start. Schedule Information
