40 hour evening position, Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun Busy Level 1 trauma and stroke center 1000+ bed academic medical center in downtown Boston Well supported CT department with a mix of Siemens and GE CT Job Requirements

ARRT certification required Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration MA Conditional Licenses not accepted Schedule Information

40 hour evening position Scheduled Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun Additional Details

Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation required if fit test is required Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccines or proof of immunity Strongly preferred Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity or declination TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break or negative QuantiFERON TB Test or T-spot within 3 months and updated if >6 month break Physician Health Statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission 2 references within 4 years of submission required, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation MGB Education Verification through background check company MGB SSN Trace must be run with criminal check MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually MGB Name Change Documentation if credential documentation does not match legal name MGB TB Symptom Survey if Positive PPD prior to start and updated annually MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility
