Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Facility uses Cerner OneChart Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Dress code: Ceil blue scrubs Work schedule: Every other weekend, no call Job Requirements

Must have current nursing license verified through Nursys within 30 days prior to start Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association (AHA) Must have Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA Completion of Ascension Specialty Exam prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years with minimum 80% passing score Completion of Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics within a year of start and updated every 3 years Completion of Ascension EKG Exam with passing score of at least 80%, updated every 3 years Completion of CPI/MOAB High Risk Online Portion prior to start and on-site portion at orientation Must meet personal health requirements including MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Positive PPD or IGRA with chest X-ray if applicable, Health Statement, Varicella, Tdap Must provide professional documentation including resume/profile, two professional references, criminal background check, EPLS, education verification, employment verification, confirmation of assignment, badge photo Must complete Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation and Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding onsite Must complete Ascension Nova StatStrip pre-hire modules Must complete Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start and updated annually Schedule Information
