BLS Arizona State RN License ACLS Job Details
Registered Nurse responsible for providing care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe patient care in the Emergency Department. Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education. Delegates patient care priorities based on staff education and experience. Provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care. Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience required. Preferred charge nurse experience (additional compensation). Must be willing to float to other units. Experience with Cerner EMR required. Schedule Information
Night shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 shifts of 12 hours each. 36 hours per week. Unit Specific Information
Emergency Department unit. Must be willing to float. Preferred charge nurse experience. Additional Details
Trauma Level III Certified facility. Stroke Receiving facility. STEMI Receiving facility. NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification is recommended but not required.
