Wamego, Kansas Job RequirementsCurrent nursing license with Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start Completion of Ascension Specialty Exam prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years Completion of Ascension Core Competencies within a year of start and updated every 3 years Up-to-date TNCC certification renewed every 4 years Completion of Ascension EKG Exam with passing score prior to clearance, updated every 3 years Completion of Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation Completion of Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding Completion of Ascension Nova StatStrip pre-hire modules Completion of CPI/MOAB High Risk Online Portion prior to start and on-site portion at orientation Documentation of required immunizations and health screenings including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Positive PPD with negative chest X-Ray and annual TB questionnaire, and Health Statement Completion of background checks including Criminal Background Check, EPLS, and Employment Verification Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start and updated annually Submission of professional references and resume/profile Driver's License/State ID must be current and valid Schedule Information
