Must provide scanned copies of certifications with expiration dates. License verification must be dated within 30 days of start. Must complete Trinity specialty specific competency testing within a year. Must comply with Trinity Health code of conduct and confidentiality agreements. Must provide proof of various vaccinations and health screenings as per Trinity Health requirements.
