American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of Home Health experience for a 13-week travel contract in California.
Details- Home Health setting with a caseload of approximately 4-5 patients per day (5 weighted visits per day)
- Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
- 13-week contract
- Current CA Physical Therapist license required (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health PT
- Valid CA driver's license and active auto insurance required
- BLS certification preferred
- Two supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rate
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Only one holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
