Position: Interventional Radiology Technician Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technician Shift: 07:00 - 17:30 Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Schedule Options: Either 4x10's or 5x8's with some Saturdays as needed Job Requirements

Must have ARRT certification Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration MA Conditional Licenses not accepted Both NURSYS and BON required for nursing licenses (if applicable) Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually; no exemptions allowed Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccines or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break, or negative QuantiFERON TB Test or T-spot within 3 months and updated if >6 month break Physician Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break MGB Massachusetts CORI check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission Two references within 4 years of submission, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions MGB Education Verification required (except for CNA positions) MGB SSN Trace must be run with criminal check MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility Schedule Information
