Ascension Resume required for submission. Signed Assignment Agreement required for onboarding. Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start. License/Certificate verification within 30 days prior to start. Ascension Specialty Exam required prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years. Ascension Color Vision test required prior to start and updated every 3 years. Ascension Core Competencies completed within a year of start and updated every 3 years. Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation required. Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding done onsite. Ascension Nova StatStrip pre-hire modules required. Ascension Cerner Test-Out required. MMR vaccination proof required. Fit Test required for all travelers. Hepatitis B vaccination documentation required. Influenza vaccine recommended during flu season with mask requirement if declined. Positive PPD or IGRA with chest X-ray and TB questionnaire required if applicable. Health Statement or physical exam required prior to first assignment and updated annually. Driver's License/State ID must be current and valid.
