ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required. BLS certification required. State licensure as applicable for Massachusetts. Must submit MGB Badge Photo with specific photo requirements. License/Certificate Verification required within 30 days of start date. Fit Test (N95) required within 365 days of start date and updated annually. Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required. MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required. TB Test documentation required within 3 months of start date and updated if break >6 months. Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break. MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
