Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks in line with state Board of Nursing standards. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care. Collect and assess health data to evaluate patient health status. Provide health teaching, counseling, and supportive/restorative therapy and treatment. Consult, delegate, supervise, or teach others as needed for patient care. Execute delegated medical functions and refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as necessary. Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans. Document care in compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines. Utilize resources effectively to support patient care.
