- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 2 RN
- Night Shift - 2 RN
- Patient Ratios – Depends on acuity
- Type of equipment – GE infant warmers/giraffe omnibed, Philips monitors
- EMR - CPN and/or paper for actual NICU patients
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 2 years level II NICU experience
- Newborn care at delivery
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Level III-IV NICU experience

- Care of newborns at delivery
- Care of Level 2 NICU patients – NG feedings, line placement, CPAP, high flow nasal Cannula, short term vents
