Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred.
  • Preference for candidates with Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) experience. (Preferred)
  • Experience treating geriatric populations and managing post-acute care plans preferred. (Preferred)
