Respiratory Therapist position at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, part of Trinity Health in Mason City, Iowa. Job involves working every third weekend and on Memorial Day. Job Requirements

Must have BLS certification (American Heart Association) for all direct patient care personnel. ACLS certification required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU; included here as relevant for Respiratory Therapist in critical care settings. License/Certificate verification required, must be dated within 30 days of start. Fit Test required. Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing must be completed within a year. COVID-19 Vaccine proof required with booster by Sept 2025 or declination/exemption (with agency letterhead). MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer required. Hepatitis B vaccination series required prior to start. Influenza vaccine proof or declination/exemption required for 2024-2026 seasons. 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required; positive TB requires chest xray within last year or 5 years depending on region. Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer required. Physical/Health Statement documenting fitness to work within last year. Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days of start (NO THC). Trinity Code of Conduct Form, Trinity I9, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non Employee Upload Form, Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, Skills Checklist, Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (IA only), IA Sing Report, OFAC screening all required as part of professional and compliance requirements.
