Pertemps are currently recruiting for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join a busy and well-equipped workshop in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified mechanics looking for long-term stability, regular hours and the chance to work on a varied fleet of light commercial vehicles, cars and vans.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a range of vehicles including cars, vans and light commercial vehicles (LCVs). Working within a professional workshop team, you’ll use modern equipment and diagnostic tools to ensure vehicles are maintained to a high standard.

Duties include: • Routine servicing and vehicle maintenance • Mechanical and electrical repairs • Fault finding and diagnostics • MOT preparation • Inspections and safety checks • Working efficiently to meet workshop deadlines

Requirements
