EOS IT Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to run smooth day-to-day operations across two warehouses in Hayward, covering inbound/outbound, inventory control, fulfilment, and returns. You'll lead the warehouse team, manage scheduling/PTO, drive KPI performance, and support audits and continuous improvement, with a focus on handling IT-related stock and regulatory-compliant shipments.

Plan, coordinate & supervise the Warehouse operations team on the delivery of Manage the warehouse team member’s PTO to avoid any disruption to warehouse operation. * Manage all inbound and outbound activities at both warehouses. guidance to warehouse team members when it is required. * implementation across warehouses. * Participate on the daily stock count and annual audit or any stock take Be the point of contact within the Warehouse for troubleshooting, approvals, Demonstrate can-do attitude, especially to new projects with different requirements than warehouse day-to-day activities. * Oversee exceptional performance levels on site across all areas of the operation including, but not restricted to, goods in, processing, inventory control, fulfilment, picking, dispatch and returns. * Assist the Supply Chain Manager with the delivery of Business Plans, KPI’s, into the Warehouse function. * relation to KPIs, Project, and queries, as required. * Shipments should always adhere to regulatory requirements. * Plays a key part in developing best in class operations and share best across all Warehouse work areas. * Extend support to other projects assigned by EOS management.
At least 3+ years’ supervisory experience leading teams within a Warehouse 3+ years demonstrated experience working to and improving KPI performance. * Experience in handling IT equipment, Dangerous Goods is preferred. * Experience in Inventory control & asset management would be required. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English is a must. * Proficient in MS, especially Excel
