As a Wound Care Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing specialized care to patients with wound care needs. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and patient outcomes. Provide expert wound care management and treatment Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care Work 1-2 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Requirements
