Inside Ideas Group is looking for an Account Executive to join our award winning in-house creative, content and production agency on multinational beverage brands.
As an Account Executive, you will work closely with our client and cross-functional team bringing social and digital content to life from brief to final execution and much more. Our team does everything from creating assets and content for social channels for large portfolio of brands, leading brand strategy and creative campaign work, production, internal communications and more. This role is currently a hybrid model based in downtown Chicago. requiring in office 2-3 days a week. Account Management and Communication
Manage all aspects of the account’s foundation, including maintaining project documents
Prepare for meetings and touchpoints by organizing materials, documentation, and details
Create and maintain project timelines
Manage the flow of projects and completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
Communicate project status to clients and internal teams with clarity
Support cross-functional teams made up of strategy, visual design, copywriting, and production
Build strong relationships across departments to facilitate smooth project progression
Strategic and Creative Insight
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client’s business, including how assignments align with the brand scope and priorities
Take in project briefs from our client, partner with Account and Strategy teams to flesh out project briefs to ensure we have a clear picture of the work to be done
1-3 years of experience in a professional client relationship management role
Experience within advertising, design or marketing is needed
Ability to build and manage project timelines with multiple stakeholders
Self-starter who is able to pick up projects and drive them forward
