We have an immediate opening for an Account Coordinator to support the increasing demands for our knowledge of the products and brands we represent. In this role, you will train directly with a mentor and have daily checkpoints with your manager. Training and development includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: Talent Acquisition: We firmly believe that if you are skilled in effectively passing on knowledge, you have services from our growing client base. Business Development: At the fundamental level, sales and customer acquisition drive our firm’s growth. You will learn sales techniques, the art of conversation, consumer psychology, and develop innate leadership abilities. Our team of professionals will train you on how to attract talent, mentor another individual, set goals for them, motivate them, and support their goals. Operations: Once you master the areas of Business Development and Talent Acquisition, you will have the opportunity to train hand in hand with our Managing Partner to learn how to oversee the operations of the firm. This is a first hand look into managing the finances, the inventory, the firm’s online presence, and more.

Requirements
