We are hiring immediately for full time and part time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT HOURLY - MARKETING ASSISTANT positions. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full and part time schedules. Flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, and possible travel required. At least 2+ year’s of prior experience in marketing. Proficient in MS Office: experience with Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and CMS systems a plus.

Develops and maintains strong working relationships with field managers. Hands-on support at events, unit set up, program implementation. Coordinates content needed for marketing initiatives. Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.

Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner. Maintain confidential personnel files. Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices. Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor. Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data. Maintains promotional inventory, fulfillment. Background or interest in hospitality/food.
