We invite you to consider a meaningful role as Administrative Assistant - Physician Services, where your work supports physicians and providers who deliver hospice, palliative, and primary care to patients during some of the most critical times in their lives.
As part of our Physician Services team, you won’t just be handling tasks — you’ll be helping patients, families, and caregivers receive the care and support they need, when they need it most.
Reporting to the Coordinator of Physician Services performs a broad range of office functions to facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of Physician Services department.
As a key administrative team member, you'll:
Manage patient communications and appointment confirmations in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
Ensure timely, accurate communication between field staff and office-based team members.
Prepare reports, manage sensitive documents, and support departmental communications with professionalism and care.
High school diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience in a medical facility or medical office setting.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook and agency specific systems and databases required.
Proven customer service skills dealing with a health care service provider.
Ability to exercise independent judgment including the handling of highly confidential medical information.
Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location.
