Join us as a Laser Tattoo Removal Associate - Sales Consultant, where you'll provide exceptional client education through consultative sales. Reporting to a Regional Manager, you'll collaborate with in-studio Laser Associates to deliver a holistic client experience. We value reliability, ambition, and a genuine passion for building client relationships, offering warm leads and community outreach opportunities to generate interest in our services. Conduct consultations, drive sales through consultative selling, and educate clients on laser tattoo removal processes

~ Demonstrate ethical sales practices, communicate realistic removal expectations, and showcase the value of our services

~ Partner with the Contact Center and in-studio Laser Associate to ensure seamless and superior client experience

~ Handle administrative tasks, manage bookings, and maintain studio cleanliness

~ Engage in community networking, build referral relationships, and participate in brand-wide initiatives

~ Representative of company brand, mission, and culture

~ Ensure adherence to visual and merchandising brand standards, conduct inventory, and uphold workspace stewardship
