Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality and gaming industry, is seeking a Appliance Technician II to join their team. As a Appliance Technician II, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the technical operations of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits.

Pay Range: $24.40 - $27
Shift: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday 7-3

What's the Job?

  • Service, repair, replace, and maintain walk-in and reach-in freezers, refrigerators, ice makers, and milk coolers, including replacing components such as motors, Freon, belts, and thermometers.
  • Repair, descale, maintain, and replace dishwashers and water heaters, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Maintain and repair pumps, valves, belts, filters, bearings, gears, and motor parts.
  • Install and repair electronic ovens, convection and standard ovens, steam kettles, and other kitchen appliances.
  • Install electrical lines, run conduit, pull wires, and repair motors, switches, and appliance cords to ensure safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in kitchen equipment repair.
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, electronic, and refrigeration methods, current technology, and principles related to institutional kitchens.
  • Understanding of current refrigeration technology and EPA regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve problems tactfully and effectively.
