What You'll Be Doing Provide administrative and clerical support across Gainesville, Toccoa, and Habersham quarries and the Recycle Aggregates Group Process daily tickets, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner Coordinate communications between operations, customers, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation for production, sales, and compliance activities Support site leadership with scheduling, data entry, and basic reporting/analysis What Are We Looking For Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and locations Proficiency with office systems and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and ability to learn internal systems Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Commitment to safety, accuracy, and delivering high-quality administrative support Work Environment This role supports multiple aggregate quarry and recycling locations and will involve both office-based work and periodic site visits.
