By using JobVibe you agree to these Website Terms & Conditions. They set out your relationship with Job Vibe Ltd, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the JobVibe website, mobile experience or any service we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User obligations

Users must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and not misuse the website. In particular you must not:

  • Submit false, misleading or inaccurate information about yourself or your organisation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or connected systems.
  • Use the site to distribute viruses, malicious code, spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Scrape, harvest or otherwise systematically extract data from the site without our prior written consent.
  • Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

3. Our role as a recruitment platform

JobVibe acts as a recruitment platform that connects candidates with prospective employers. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, offers or any specific hiring outcomes. Vacancies displayed on the site may be sourced from third-party feeds and may change or be withdrawn without notice.

4. User responsibility

Users remain responsible for the accuracy of any information they submit, including CVs, application details and employer job postings. Employers remain responsible for their recruitment decisions and for ensuring their vacancies comply with applicable employment and equality law.

5. Intellectual property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the compilation of jobs and data — is the intellectual property of Job Vibe Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, republish, reproduce or exploit any part of the site commercially without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Job Vibe Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or any content on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law
