We are looking for a 2nd Shift, Automotive Painter in Warner Robins, Ga

Position Overview

As a Sr. Reconditioning Associate (Painter) you'll play a key role in ensuring every vehicle meets our quality standards. Working in a modern, climate-controlled environment, you'll complete all aspects of the paint preparation process and occasionally support Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II and Flow Inventory Associate II duties. This is your opportunity to work alongside skilled technicians, gain hands-on experience, and help deliver vehicles that exceed customer expectations.

Role Responsibilities

    • Perform complete paint applications, including color matching and mixing for a quality finish
    • Execute minor repairs such as sanding and grinding to restore vehicle surfaces
    • Maintain paint preparation standards to ensure vehicles meet our quality guidelines
    • Collaborate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives with your team
    • Follow standardized work processes and maintain compliance with our Paint Standards
    • Keep all equipment and tools in optimal condition, ensuring safety and efficiency
    • Follow our Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Required Qualifications

    • Completion of New Associate Orientation Training Operations
    • Ability to meet performance standards and workstation certifications for all related roles
    • Skilled in reading, interpreting, and recording data accurately and performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
    • Proficient in color discernment and paint application techniques
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions
    • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
    • Required to use our-provided respiratory protection. Must be clean-shaven to use half-face respirator.
