Hourly rate: $23.31
Set-up and breakdown of functions, including transporting equipment to/from storage via the Cushman cart
Provide any service required by the guests on the banquet floor
Adhere to the State of Hawaii & Environmental Health Consultancy standards
Organize time so all side work is completed according to shift demand
Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment; report any malfunctioning equipment
Maintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests
Checks all completed work assignments, including special projects, room cleanliness and set up accuracy
Monitor and maintain front of house, heart of house and storage for organization and cleanliness
Safely transport equipment and supplies to/from event via motorized company carts
Provide any service required by the guests on the banquet floor
Organize time so all side work is completed according to shift demand
Maintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests
Schedule: Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
One year Banquet Food & Beverage experience
Previous experience in luxury hotel environment desirable
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language.
Must be service oriented and capable of communicating effectively with persons involved in all levels of authority, both internally and externally.
