East Cowes
for experienced
Boat Builders
to join their team.
We are looking for skilled individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Composite laminating
GRP and fibreglass boat building
Marine mechanical engineering
Welding (MIG, TIG or other relevant welding techniques)
Fit-out and assembly
Marine manufacturing or production
Whether your expertise lies in laminating, welding, mechanical installation or general boat building, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
Building and assembling high-quality marine vessels
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Working with a variety of materials and specialist equipment
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Working safely and effectively within a busy production environment
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience within boat building, marine engineering or a similar manufacturing environment
Competent in at least one of the key skill areas listed above
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, motivated and committed to producing quality work
