A Branch Administrative Assistant works in the Eclipse Operating System to support several branch and department locations in the Capital Electric market; addressing reports daily so that accurate and timely customer and vendors invoices are processed.

Bill freight on stock orders through Freight Audit Report Enter customer payments for Inside Sales & Industrial Team Input shipment correction claims Issue credit to resolve accounts receivable disputes as approved by local management Manage returns - customer credits, including negative purchase order returns to vendor Review unapproved payables for both stock and direct order, may include lot jobs Experience working with Accounts Payable is preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word & Excel) Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervision Customer service oriented We offer great family-friendly benefits to full-time associates:
