We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can partner closely with clients and delivery teams to bring enterprise CMS implementations to life. In this role, you’ll help guide projects from early discovery through delivery, ensuring teams stay aligned and outcomes exceed expectations. Partner with clients Lead conversations to uncover business needs and goals Build strong relationships with stakeholders and product owners Guide user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback Turn ideas into solutions Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows Support content modeling and CMS best practices Break down work into deliverable pieces with engineering teams Drive delivery forward Manage and prioritize the backlog in Jira Contribute to roadmap planning and ongoing iteration Participate in Agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned Collaborate across teams Work closely with strategy, design, and engineering Identify risks early and help solve them Support training and knowledge sharing with clients What you bring You’ll be a great fit if you have: Experience working in a digital agency or consulting environment with client-facing projects Hands-on experience with Contentful or another headless CMS A track record of supporting enterprise website implementations Confidence creating requirements, user stories, and documentation Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management) Strong communication skills—you can connect technical and non-technical audiences The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and move work forward It’s a bonus if you have Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager Exposure to content modeling or information architecture Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or composable architectures Tools you’ll use Jira & Confluence Figma (or similar design tools) Miro, Lucid, or similar collaboration tools Why this role stands out You’ll work on high-impact, enterprise-level digital experiences You’ll collaborate with cross-functional experts across strategy, design, and engineering You’ll have the opportunity to shape how projects are delivered—not just execute them If you’re excited about shaping digital experiences, building strong client partnerships, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be a great fit for you.
