⭐ About the Role We are looking for experienced Business Support Administrator’s to provide high-quality administrative support, with a strong focus on taking professional minute taking for statutory, absence and disciplinary meetings.
To be considered for this role, you MUST have previous minute taking experience in a formal or professional environment, and your CV MUST clearly demonstrate this. Applications without evidence of minute taking experience will not be considered.
Your responsibilities will include:
Attend meetings and produce detailed, accurate, and professional minutes within agreed timescales Actively listen and accurately capture discussions, decisions, and actions Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute documentation Maintain accurate records and update internal systems Raise purchase orders and support basic finance/admin processing tasks where required Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Handle sensitive and confidential information in line with policies and procedures Provide general administrative support within a busy office environment You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:
Experienced in minute taking, particularly in complex or formal settings (Essential) Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail A strong listener, able to accurately capture and summarise discussions Confident working with sensitive and sometimes emotional subject matter Skilled in written communication, producing clear and professional documentation Able to manage competing deadlines and prioritise effectively Comfortable using Microsoft Office and administrative systemsPrevious administrative and minute taking experience is essential.
