We are seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative supporting nonprofit outreach and community engagement campaigns. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in customer service, event marketing, nonprofit advocacy, public relations, fundraising, and community outreach.
In this role, you will represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at live events and community campaigns, helping raise awareness, engage supporters, and promote meaningful social impact initiatives. This is a face-to-face customer engagement position that does not involve call centers, telemarketing, or door-to-door sales.
Our organization partners with respected nonprofit organizations, charitable foundations, and mission-driven brands to increase public awareness, strengthen donor support, and inspire community involvement. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the public face of nonprofit campaigns and community initiatives. You will focus on building positive relationships, educating supporters, and creating engaging event experiences.
Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs
Interact with supporters and community members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
Build strong relationships that encourage ongoing donor support and community participation
Collaborate with team members to execute successful event marketing and outreach campaigns
Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service at all events

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
Reliable transportation and flexible availability for events is a plus
