We are investing in the Content Marketing ecosystem through various thought leadership initiatives that will enable us to capture the opportunity that the market provides. LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is searching for a Client Solutions Manager to manage relationships with customers within our growth mid-market segment. This person will leverage their knowledge of online media, communication and relationship building skills, and analytical abilities to provide campaign intelligence and campaign strategy consultation, including identifying areas where LinkedIn can provide more value to our clients. The Client Solutions Manager will be measured by their ability to build, cultivate, and partner with our clients as well as their ability to drive incremental revenue. The Client Solutions Manager is a nimble team player who is comfortable managing multiple clients, campaigns, and projects concurrently. Working collaboratively with their Account Executive(s), the CSM’s responsibilities are to: Build relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their business and objectives to provide best-in-class customer engagement Proactively analyze and optimize customers’ advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic recommendations to customers and ensure client objectives are met Provide recommendations and training on targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting Support customer education including a best-in-class onboarding experience and ad hoc education needs Stabilize performance and grow revenue from new advertisers via proactive optimizations and upsells Leverage technology to drive performance-oriented marketing solutions Advise on creative and content development, leveraging marketing expertise to maximize performance and delivery Work effectively with various cross-functional partners in sales, marketing, finance, technical support, product, product marketing and insights to ensure customer success, troubleshoot campaigns and ensure error-free execution Represent the voice of the customer through collaboration with product teams to influence campaign management tools and ensure our customer needs are met Co-develop a strategic plan for your book of business with your Account Executive Use data and insights to highlight the value of advertising, demonstrate ROI, and make recommendations for optimizations and additional investment Inspire continued innovation by regularly sharing ideas and best practices with peers and manager Embrace our learning culture to develop yourself as a sales professional and colleague to your peers and internal partners Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or sales 2+ years of media sales, digital media account management or auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience Preferred Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience Demonstrated ability to understand marketing & digital media metrics Ability to conduct regular forecasts and reports Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of achieving results by connecting a customer’s pressures with data-driven products and solutions Demonstrated understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation Know-how of the digital industry landscape Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills, ownership of agency and client relationships Ability to build insights-backed narrative to support strategic storytelling and investment recommendations Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally Demonstrated commitment to understanding and prioritizing the needs of the customer Enthusiasm for adopting AI and emerging tools to improve efficiency and impact. The pay range for this role is $113,000 to $163,000 (On Target Earnings). Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
