What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
  • Clinical Nurse Leader certification issued by the Commission of Nurse Certification (CNC) preferred.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required and Master's degree required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • 5 years minimum experience in the OR
  • CNOR preferred
  • Master's degree required.
