Job Title:Machine Operator
Location
Columbus, IndianaPay Rate: $20 per hour + (depending on experience)
Shift: 2nd shift: 300pm - 1130pm
3rd shift: 1100pm - 730am
What's the Job?
- Operate and monitor machines and equipment to produce high-quality automotive parts
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Package parts for shipment and label them correctly
- Perform basic maintenance on machines and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
What's needed?
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience with machine/press experience
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and repetitive motions on a daily basis
- Basic math skills of adding, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Basic computer skills to print labels and open programs
